Role: Your observations as a Secret Shopper will offer invaluable insights into customer experiences, helping brands elevate their service standards.

• Visit stores or online platforms discreetly to evaluate customer service, product quality, and overall experience.
• Provide detailed feedback and reports based on observations and interactions.
• Attend training sessions and briefings for specific assessment criteria.

Requirements:
• Keen observational skills.
• Ability to provide objective and constructive feedback.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.
